Return and Exchange Policy

All purchases made with a discount of more than 30% are considered final sale.

1. Return Policy : You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make an exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. No refunds. Exchange only or store credit.

2. Return Procedure: You can return the products by mail, the shipping costs will be at your expense, but we will take care of the costs for returning your order (if applicable). Make sure to clearly indicate in your package your order number as well as the reason for the return. If you want an exchange, indicate the desired item. 3. Wrong item: If you receive the wrong product (to err is human!), contact us immediately at info@noraapparel.ca with the following information: your order number & the incorrect product. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that customer service will respond to you within 1 to 2 business days.
