The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. That said, we are often much faster than that, but we always prefer to give a realistic timeframe to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

All purchases made with a discount of more than 30% are considered final sale.

1. Return conditions : You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make an exchange. The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. It must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent, clean, free of unusual odors, pet hair, or human hair.

2. Return Procedure: You can return products by mail. Shipping costs will be your responsibility, but we will cover the return shipping costs (if applicable). Please ensure you clearly indicate your order number and the reason for the return in your package. If you would like an exchange, please specify the item you would like. If you receive the wrong product (to err is human!), please contact us immediately at info@noraapparel.ca with the following information: your order number and the incorrect product. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that customer service will respond within 1 to 2 business days.
