What are the delivery costs?
A fee of $11.99 will be charged if you choose the delivery option. Delivery is free for orders of $120 or more!
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. That said, we are often much faster than that, but we always prefer to give a realistic timeframe to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
What territory is covered by delivery?
We offer delivery anywhere in Canada, always at the same price of $11.99.
How to make an exchange?
No refunds. Exchanges or store credit only.
All purchases made with a discount of more than 30% are considered final sale.
1. Return conditions : You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make an exchange. The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. It must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent, clean, free of unusual odors, pet hair, or human hair.
2. Return Procedure: You can return products by mail. Shipping costs will be your responsibility, but we will cover the return shipping costs (if applicable). Please ensure you clearly indicate your order number and the reason for the return in your package. If you would like an exchange, please specify the item you would like. What should I do if there is an error in my order?
If you receive the wrong product (to err is human!), please contact us immediately at info@noraapparel.ca with the following information: your order number and the incorrect product. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that customer service will respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Where is the store located?
Our store is scheduled to open in mid-April 2026! For now, our store is only online. However, for in-store pickup, our location is at 68 92nd Avenue East in Blainville, Quebec, Canada.
