Return and exchange policy
No refunds. Exchanges or store credit only.
All purchases made with a discount of more than 30% are considered final sale.
1. Return conditions : You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make an exchange. The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. It must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent: clean, free of unusual odors, pet hair, or human hair.
2. Return Procedure: You can return products by mail. Shipping costs will be your responsibility, but we will cover the return shipping costs (if applicable). Please ensure you clearly indicate your order number and the reason for the return in your package. If you would like an exchange, please specify the item you would like. The address is 68 92nd Avenue East, Blainville, QC, J7C 5J7, Canada.
3. Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong product (to err is human!), contact us immediately at info@noraapparel.ca with the following information: your order number and the incorrect product. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that customer service will respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Note: We do not offer refunds , but we do offer the possibility of obtaining credit with no expiry date.
Competitions and promotions
1. Our promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. We advise you to always choose the offer that best suits you to get the most value for your money.
2. Our promo codes do not cover shipping costs. If your order falls below $120 when using a code, our system will automatically charge you for shipping. To avoid this, you can choose the in-store pickup option.
