What are the delivery costs?
You will be charged $11.99 if you choose the delivery option. Delivery is free for orders of $120 or more!

We offer delivery anywhere in Canada, always at the same price of $11.99.

Return and Exchange Policy
All purchases made with a discount of more than 30% are considered final sale.
1. Return Policy : You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make an exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. No refunds. Exchange only or store credit.
2. Return Procedure: You can return the products by mail, the shipping costs will be at your expense, but we will take care of the costs for returning your order (if applicable). Make sure to clearly indicate in your package your order number as well as the reason for the return. The store address is 200-3879 Boul Taschereau, St-Hubert, QC, J4T 2G5, Canada.
You can also come on site from Monday to Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
3. Wrong item: If you receive the wrong product (to err is human!), contact us immediately at info@noraapparel.ca with the following information: your order number & the incorrect product. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that customer service will respond to you within 1 to 2 business days.
NB We do not offer refunds but we do offer the option to obtain credit with no expiry date.
Where is the store located?
Our store is primarily online. However, you can visit Anro Apparel, located at 3879 Taschereau Boulevard (room 200) in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, Canada, during their opening hours.
